The Framework: Visible Becoming

At the heart of our mission is the Visible Becoming Framework, a proprietary, healing-centered model designed for individuals who have been marginalized by systemic structures. This framework moves participants through a three-stage journey:

  • Unmasking: Identifying the "system-defined" identities and emotional weights that hinder growth.

  • Seeing: Cultivating self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a sense of inherent dignity.

  • Becoming: Transitioning into a self-defined identity rooted in leadership and collective responsibility.

2026 Signature Programs

Visible Becoming Pilot 

 

Specifically designed for students in the Fostering Bright Futures program and those aging out of foster care.

  • The Focus: Targeted identity-wellness and emotional grounding for youth in transition.

  • The Goal: A 10-hour specialized coaching cohort for 15 students to reduce the 50% higher risk of mental health struggles faced by this population.

  • Outcome: Students graduate with a personalized "Identity Roadmap" for lifelong independence.

1. Visible Pathways: Entrepreneurial Cohort

A workforce readiness initiative that treats leadership development as a form of mental wellness.

  • The Focus: Mentorship pathways that nurture emerging leaders and community connectors.

  • The Goal: Equipping students and alumni with the "soft skills" of emotional intelligence and the "hard skills" of conscious advocacy and business leadership.

2. The Horizon: Community Wellness Days

Our public-facing activation strategy to reduce stigma and increase access to care.

  • Launch Event: The Horizon: "Laughter is the Prescription"

    May 23, 2026, at Harvey Hill, Dorothea Dix Park.

  • The Focus: Using joy and connection to bridge clinical knowledge with community engagement.

  • The Reach: Providing free public access to bilingual mental health education and holistic healing experiences.

The 2026 Investment Goal: $50,000

Visible People, Inc. is seeking $50,000 in community investment to fund our inaugural program year.
