What is The Horizon?

The Horizon is a public community wellness experience created to honor healing, visibility, and connection. This gathering is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and restorative — offering opportunities for community members to engage with wellness vendors, interactive stations, reflection experiences, music, family-friendly activities, and community resources in a joyful outdoor setting. The event also holds historical meaning as we honor Mental Health Month and recognize the significance of Dix Park and the legacy of Dorothea Dix.
